How Do You Study For Psych1X03 Exam?

2021.11.29 04:48 SnooDogs169 How Do You Study For Psych1X03 Exam?

So Like the Subtitle asks; how do you study for the Psych 1X03 exam in them most efficient manner? I would prefer people who’ve taken this course before; but current psych1x03 students can feel free to respond as well.
I’m currently doing not too well. I’m sitting at around a 10, and that’s just so abysmal for an introductory course.
I want to use the exam to pass the 11 point threshold. Should I prepare by going through my notes? Or should I go straight to doing to practise questions since the exam Q’s are more application based; rather than concept based? My notes consist of so much info that I don’t think there’s any point of reading it over.
I would greatly appreciate any comment. 🙏

2021.11.29 04:48 Eastern_Fruit_7173 Dream interpretation question

Hi witches!
I’ve been having a recurring dream for around 10 years now. For context, I’m 30 and finished my GCSEs and a-levels 12-15 years ago.
The dream is not always exactly the same but the theme is that I find something out too late that means I won’t get one of my a-levels or GCSEs.
Sometimes I turn up to the exam hall too late and I’m not allowed in. Sometimes I find out too late that I completely missed a piece of coursework. Sometimes I find a letter from my teacher telling me I won’t get the qualification bc I didn’t do the enrolment admin correctly.
It’s always something about wanting to get the qualification but not being able to bc I made a mistake. I always feel a bit hopeless, stupid, and anxious. When I wake up from it I often feel apathetic.
How would you interpret this dream?

The government's long-awaited leasehold reforms get underway this week.
MPs debate a law limiting how much ground rent can be charged on new leases. Historically the amount was nominal, but in recent years it's increased, which can make selling or re-mortgaging a challenge.
MPs will also consider the law implementing the recent Budget announcements.
While most bills are scrutinised by a small group of MPs at committee stage, important ones are considered by a "committee of the whole house" which means everyone can take part.
And Friday brings another load of private members' bills.
Time constraints mean only a few will be heard.
MONDAY 29 NOVEMBER Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Bill - 2nd reading Begins widescale reform of the leasehold system. Restricts ground rent on new leaseholds to a nominal ("peppercorn") amount. Started in the Lords.
TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER Microplastic Filters (Washing Machines) Bill Requires manufacturers to fit microplastic-catching filters to new domestic and commercial washing machines, among other things. Ten minute rule motion presented by Alberto Costa.
WEDNESDAY 1 DECEMBER Quarries (Planning) Bill Creates a presumption against approving quarry developments near settlements. Requires the risks to health and the environment to be assessed as part of that planning process. Ten minute rule motion presented by Matt Western.
Finance (No. 2) Bill - committee stage Implements the changes announced in the Budget.
THURSDAY 2 DECEMBER No votes scheduled
FRIDAY 3 DECEMBER Copyright (Rights and Remuneration of Musicians, Etc.) Bill - 2nd reading Aims to improve rights for musicians. Measures include splitting streaming revenues fairly between labels and artists (which is already the case for broadcast usage), as well as giving artists more information on the revenue generated by their work, and the ability to adjust existing contracts if the amount paid for work is found to be unfair. Private members' bill presented by Kevin Brennan.
Acquired Brain Injury Bill - 2nd reading Requires the government to publish a strategy for improving the delivery of public services for people with an acquired brain injury. Private members' bill presented by Chris Bryant.
Asylum Seekers (Permission to Work) Bill - 2nd reading Grants asylum seekers permission to work if they have waited six months for a decision on their asylum application. Private members' bill presented by Carol Monaghan.
Miscarriage Leave Bill - 2nd reading Gives paid leave to people who have experienced a miscarriage. Private members' bill presented by Angela Crawley.
Asylum Seekers (Accommodation Eviction Procedures) Bill - 2nd reading Allows asylum seekers to challenge a proposed eviction in an independent court or tribunal. Establishes asylum seeker accommodation eviction procedures for public authorities. Private members' bill presented by Chris Stephens.
Disability Benefit Assessments (Recording) Bill - 2nd reading Requires the government to allow Disability Benefit applicants to have their eligibility assessment recorded on audio. Private members' bill presented by Chris Stephens.
Unauthorised Development (Offences) Bill Makes unauthorised development without planning permission an offence and bans retrospective planning applications. At the moment, in the event of unauthorised developments, a council will usually serve an enforcement notice requiring the property owner to put things back as they were. Private members' bill presented by Gareth Bacon.
Company Transparency (Carbon in Supply Chains) Bill - 2nd reading Requires companies to prepare an annual statement on carbon in their supply chains. Ten minute rule motion by Karen Bradley.
Planning (Street Plans) Bill - 2nd reading Grants the relevant planning permission to local authorities when they confirm a "street plan", a plan for development on a specified street. Private members' bill presented by John Penrose.
Pedicabs (London) Bill - 2nd reading Regulates pedicabs to the same degree as taxis and private hire services. Requires drivers to have a licence from Transport for London to operate, and gives TfL the power to regulate prices and vehicles used. Private members' bill presented by Nickie Aiken.

2021.11.29 04:48 AgentBloodrayne Movies where adults go back to highschool pretending to be students?

I'm watching this amazingly terrible Lifetime movie at the moment called Identity Theft of a Cheerleader where a lady pretends to be a teenager to go back to highschool again.
Apart from 21 Jump Street and Never Been Kissed (and I guess Billy Madison) are there any other movies that have a similar plot? It's such an interesting idea for a thriller but I can't think of any movie that's done that plot but with a serious tone.

2021.11.29 04:48 PatrolBoi Need Help

I have only managed to cover alkyl halides and alcohols, and although I feel like my prep is alright at least till mains level, but whenever I go about solving MS Chauhan, it always ends up as a shitshow. Long story short, I am unhappy with my organic prep. What I seek to do is to cover the rest of OC from Neeraj Saini sir, but how do I get started. With the little time left, I would not like to cover the previous chapters again, and although it might leave some gaps, but, for whom I simply don't have the time to care about. It would be amazing if someone could mention the pre requisites, for starting with aldehydes and ketones from Neeraj Saini sir. Looking about a bit, I can tell, that I would have to cover the end bits of ORM-1, 3-4 Lectures from ORM -2, Redcn, Oxidn and then start with Amines (according to the chapter sequence)
I seriously need advice, is what I am trying to do even smart? Hell would it even work?

2021.11.29 04:48 czek1976 I am very glad they implemented the Specialist system

I was quite a bit sceptical in the beginning but now after having had the chance to play with each specialist this is so much fun! All the specialists are very unique and they give you a sheer amount of different possibilities how you approach the game and how you actually play the game.
You want to move around quickly accross the map, use Sundance. You want to hack enemy vehicles, use Rao or Casper, concentrate on healing, use Maria and so on.
Actually, the more I play this game the more I realize this system makes sense. I know it might be strange to see several Maria's or Caspers' run around in the game und both teams but if you look past this, the Specialist system is actually a great addition and without it BF2042 just wouldn't be as much fun.
At least that's my opinion.

2021.11.29 04:48 saddestbestie Is it normal etiquette for a previous employer to keep texting or calling you beyond your last day of employment in New Zealand?

My last day of employment was over 2 weeks ago and my boss still calls me or texts me asking how I am? Hoping I'm well? I have no idea how to ask them to stop contacting me? I've only worked for one other company before in New Zealand and I find it really strange.
